You are eligible for the above Company-sponsored benefits coverage if you are a regular:
- Active full-time associate working at least 36 hours a week on the regular payroll (see exclusions below)
- Active part-time associate working at least 20 hours but no more than 35 hours a week on the regular payroll (see exclusions below)
- Part-time benefits-eligible associates will be responsible for at least 50% of the cost of medical coverage - contact the AGBenefits Service Center at (877) 213-6240 for additional information
- Field Coordinators/Revision Leads/Full-Time Merchandisers are eligible for certain benefits and pay 100% of the cost (see exclusions below)

You are not eligible for coverage under the Health (unless you work 30 hours*) and Welfare and short-term disability programs** plans if you are classified as:
- Other full-time and part-time associates in merchandiser classifications not listed above
- Temporary associate
- Seasonal associate (GC17) and regular part-time working less than 20 hours.
- On-call associate
*Effective January 1, 2016, associates who meet eligibility parameters as required under Affordable Care Act (ACA) are eligible for healthcare. Generally, associates who work 30 or more hours on average during a 12 month defined measurement period are eligible and will be notified.
